Calendar

On Communion Sundays, the Church School gathers in a large multi-age group to write and draw messages of care for those on the First Church prayer list and for the wider world. We learn how to ask for prayers, offer prayers, and share compassion with those around us. We return to worship in time for Communion, bringing our cards to the Table to be blessed. Then we mail or hand off the cards to those who are visiting our friends in need of prayer.
