Blessing the Ties & Honoring our Ancestors at First Church and Beyond

Join Dan Smith, Sue Reynolds, and Phil Jones for a two-part 9:30 Hour series aimed at honoring and better understanding our spiritual forebears! In today’s first session, we offer a brief introduction and discussion of First Church’s long history (387 years as a continuing congregation) and also share a bit about our covenantal ties to our wider denomination, the United Church of Christ. Phil was a recent delegate to our national UCC “Synod” gathering in June and can share about what the UCC is and what “we” are up to now.
