Kate Layzer Receives Community Service Award

First Church Street Outreach Minister Kate Layzer is the recipient of the Harvard Square Business Association’s 2023 Community Service Award, presented “with sincerest thanks… for her championing of the most vulnerable in our community.” The award ceremony will take place at the HSBA’s Annual Meeting on March 2, 2023. Kate would like to express her gratitude to the many cooks, volunteers, and supporters who help translate our vision for the Friday Café into reality each week. This community service award is for all of you.
